About Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you if you are feeling distressed, stuck and struggling with any part of your life. It offers a supportive space to help you to reflect and think about yourself and your life and has the potential to help you to live life more fully.


Your confidentiality and privacy will be respected and is fundamental to this therapeutic relationship, sitting within clear ethical boundaries.

Each private appointment is for 50 minutes, at the same time and place each session. You may choose to see me for short-term or long-term counselling and psychotherapy. I can offer between one and four sessions per week following discussion. The cost per session is £50 and I can also offer low fee sessions following our initial meeting, dependent on circumstances.
